The second exception is when performing an Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com) tag look-up with clicking on 'Amazon.com Look-Up...' button http://www.amazon.com is searched for 'Artist', 'Title' and 'Album' tags or if none of them is present the file's name is used. Please check Amazon.com's privacy policy about how they handle this search data at the mentioned URL.
The third excpetion is when searching Google (http://www.google.com) for lyrics with clicking on the 'Search Google for lyrics...' button, a Google search if performed with 'Artist' and 'Title', if none of these is present the file's name is used for the search. Please check Google's privacy policy about how they handle the search data at the mentioned URL.
The fourth exception is when performing a The Movie Data Base search (with clicking on button 'Get tags from The Movie DB...') The Movie Data Base is searched with the string entered in the 'Search for' field. Please check 'https://www.themoviedb.org/' on privacy policy details on how they handle the search data.
When clicking on the open podcast URL button the 'Podcast URL' tag (URL) is opened in the system default web browser.
The file dialog downloads web pages from the internet to create thumbnails and to preview URL and web page files.
When clicking on URLs and used component names and copyrights on the about window, their URLs are opened with the system default web browser.
When clicking on menu 'Help/Privacy Policy..' the privacy policy page URL is opened with the system default web browser.
Technical information is included in HTTP requests (such as your IP address) when using the above functions.
The app. accesses video and audio files on your computer, these file's meta-data, eg. 'artist' tag or video's title, is sent to the above mentioned web servers (http://www.imdb.com, http://www.amazon.com, http://www.google.com, https://www.themoviedb.org) when using the services as stated above, please see these services' privacy policies as mentioned above.
The app., MP4 & MKV Video Manager does not collect or transmit any other data.
